About the Job

• Strong experience in BIM management and project delivery, including developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, workflows, information requirements, and delivery schedules.

• Experienced in managing BIM teams, coordinators, modellers, and suppliers, including resource planning, training, technical guidance, and performance management.

• Hands-on knowledge of Common Data Environments (CDE), information management, document control, naming conventions, revision control, approval workflows, and data exchange.

• Strong background in 3D model federation, clash detection, model coordination, and BIM quality assurance across civil, infrastructure, signalling, and engineering disciplines.

• Experience coordinating design interfaces, engineering requirements, clearances, equipment/cable coordination, and resolution of BIM-related issues.

• Familiar with 4D BIM, quantity take-off, BOQ reconciliation, asset information management, as-built models, and BIM handover requirements.

• Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to monitor risks, quality, timelines, and delivery performance.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Infrastructure, or a related field.

• 7+ years of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, construction, or a related industry.

• At least 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, BIM management, or a similar leadership role.

• Proven experience managing BIM delivery on complex infrastructure or engineering projects.

• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans, model coordination, CDE, information management, and quality control.

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering models and project stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of clash detection, model federation, information exchange, and BIM workflows.

• Experience with 4D BIM, quantity take-off, asset information, or digital handover is an advantage.

• Experience in railway, metro, signalling, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

• Strong stakeholder and team management skills.

• Able to coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors, engineering teams, and clients.

• Native Thai and very good English communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
