🎯 Your mission & impact
As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, deployment, and operation of highly scalable, secure, and resilient SaaS platforms. You will be a core member of multidisciplinary squads, combining your backend development expertise with DevOps practices to build and operate business‑critical services across the entire software lifecycle.
âś… What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer working with Java (Java 11 or higher) and Spring Boot.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and OOP principles, as well as design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Experience with Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Security) and Hibernate/JPA.
- Solid understanding of microservices architectures and distributed systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices-based services.
- Good understanding of memory management and performance optimization in Java applications.
- Experience with message queuing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and use of Git, Maven/Gradle.
- Experience working in cloud environments, ideally Azure (AWS/GCP also valued).
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices: clean code, design patterns, testing (JUnit, Mockito), code review, documentation.
- Professional level of English, able to collaborate with international teams – your day‑to‑day work will be in English.

- Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
- Integrate and consume messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) to support event‑driven architectures.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, secure, and reliable software delivery.
- Operate services in cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Implement and optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to improve system reliability and observability.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
- Participate in on‑call / incident management (when applicable) to ensure platform availability.
