Job description
We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to support the migration of an Identity and Access Management system to Microsoft Entra ID for one of our global clients, a leading provider of market data solutions.
This is a fully remote position aligned with the EST zone. You will coordinate migration activities across client IT teams, business stakeholders, project teams, and internal technical specialists.
Your missions
- Coordinate IAM migration activities across client IT, business, project, and implementation teams.
- Organise project kick-off meetings, workshops, follow-up calls, and regular stakeholder sessions.
- Track project milestones, open actions, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure that required information, decisions, and actions are completed on time.
- Maintain project plans, action trackers, status reports, meeting notes, and client documentation.
- Support testing activities, deployment readiness checks, and go-live coordination.
- Coordinate technical questions and escalations with IAM specialists and implementation teams.
- Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare regular progress updates for project and programme stakeholders.
- Support the coordination of several migration activities or client accounts in parallel.
- Identify potential delays or coordination issues and proactively follow up with the relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to a structured and consistent migration process across the programme.
Your profile
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in technical project coordination, IT project support, service delivery, application support, SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, or a related role.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong organisation, planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage several activities, workstreams, or client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail when maintaining project plans, trackers, documentation, and status reports.
- Confidence using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Professional, proactive, and reliable approach to stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to identify blockers, follow up on outstanding actions, and maintain progress against agreed deadlines.
- Ability to work independently within a fully remote and international environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID or Azure Active Directory.
- General understanding of Identity and Access Management.
- Exposure to Single Sign-On solutions.
- Exposure to SCIM user provisioning.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience in enterprise application support.
- Previous involvement in migration, onboarding, implementation, or deployment projects.
- Familiarity with access management, user lifecycle processes, authentication, or enterprise application integrations.
Working conditions
- The position is fully remote and aligned with the EST zone.
- The project is expected to start in Q4 2026.
- The planned project duration is 15 months.
- The role is offered through either a fixed-term, full-time employment contract or a fixed-term B2B contract for freelancers and subcontractors.
- Training and structured onboarding will be provided at the beginning of the assignment.
- You will collaborate with international IT, business, project, and programme stakeholders.
