About the Role
We are looking for a Project Chief to join our automotive engineering team in Bursa. This role is ideal for engineers with 1–3 years of experience who are looking to develop their project management skills while contributing to automotive product development projects.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of automotive engineering projects.
- Work closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Track project milestones, technical issues, and action items.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Participate in technical meetings and prepare project status reports.
- Support mechanical design and product development activities.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed according to quality and timing targets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in Project Management or Project Coordination.
- Knowledge of mechanical design and product development processes.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English.
