About the Role

We are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join an innovative automotive engineering team in Bursa. In this role, you will contribute to the development of control systems for both Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) and Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles, with a strong focus on Powertrain and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) systems.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage system requirements for automotive control systems.
  • Define and maintain software and system requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, and validate Powertrain and HVAC control functions.
  • Support Torque Control strategy development and optimization.
  • Collaborate with software, calibration, testing, and system engineering teams.
  • Participate in system integration, verification, and validation activities.
  • Analyze system issues, perform root cause investigations, and support corrective actions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in design reviews.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Automotive System Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) and/or Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles.
  • Experience in System Requirements Engineering and requirements management.
  • Knowledge of Powertrain Systems and Powertrain Control.
  • Experience with HVAC Control Systems in automotive applications.
  • Experience with Torque Control strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Good command of English.
