ABOUT THE JOB
- Provide L2/L3 application support by investigating incidents and delivering timely resolutions or workarounds
- Monitor application health using observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus
- Analyze application logs and troubleshoot production issues to identify root causes
- Support AWS-based environments and perform operational troubleshooting
- Execute SQL queries and database checks to investigate data-related issues
- Perform basic administration and troubleshooting on Linux and Windows servers
- Develop simple scripts to automate recurring support tasks
- Test REST APIs and support debugging activities
- Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application stability and communicate technical issues effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or IT Support (L2/L3 preferred)
- Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Experience supporting applications on both Linux and Windows environments
- Basic scripting experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer support mindset
- Professional proficiency in English

Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
