Are you the careful and reliable Process Operator B our client is looking for?
At Amaris Consulting, we collaborate with leading companies in the pharmaceutical industry to enable high-quality production processes. In cooperation with one of our clients, we are looking for a Process Operator B who works accurately, responsibly, and proactively in the production of life-saving medicines based on blood plasma.
You ensure that all production steps are carried out according to strict quality protocols and play a crucial role in guaranteeing safety, quality, and continuity in production. This is a challenging but highly valuable position in which you make a tangible contribution every day to the health of patients worldwide.
Your responsibilities
- Performing pharmaceutical production processes across multiple production lines in accordance with SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Preparing, monitoring, and documenting production steps, including dilutions and calculations
- Identifying, recording, and reporting deviations in the process to the senior operator or supervisor
- Performing quality checks, sampling, and routine validation and calibration tasks
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and workspace according to hygiene and safety standards
- Managing raw materials and consumables inventory and maintaining administration in the information system
- Contributing to a quality-driven work culture and keeping documentation up to date
What do we ask from you?
- At least 3 years of experience in a production role within the pharmaceutical or food industry
- Proven knowledge and experience with GMP guidelines, automated production systems, and information systems (such as LIMS or ERP)
- Flexibility to work in a 5-shift system (including weekends and night shifts)
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
- Independent, precise, and responsible in your work
- Strong social skills and good team communication abilities
