Job description
Take your first steps in your commercial career as a Business Developer, playing a key role in supporting business growth, generating new opportunities, and building client relationships in Medellín.
In this role, you will support the expansion of existing accounts, contribute to new business development activities, and assist in executing sales strategies. You will work closely with internal teams across sales, delivery, and talent management to help drive sustainable business growth.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career, with a strong interest in business development, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic and international environment.
Your responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities
- Support lead generation and initial outreach to potential clients
- Participate in client meetings and proposal preparation
Account Support
- Assist in managing and following up on existing client accounts
- Build relationships with stakeholders and understand client needs
- Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Operational & Sales Support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track and monitor commercial performance indicators
- Support continuous improvement of sales processes
Profile required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, or similar roles
- Strong interest in commercial activities and client management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset
- Good level of English (B2 mandatory)
- Fluent in Spanish (mandatory)
- Availability to work on-site in Medellín
