Job description
As a Network Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving network infrastructures within complex IT environments. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure network performance, security, and reliability, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your missions
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Troubleshoot network incidents and provide timely resolution
- Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Support network security initiatives and ensure compliance with policies
- Participate in network optimization and capacity planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and application projects
- Document network architecture, processes, and procedures
Your profile
- Experience in network engineering or network support roles
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
- Experience with network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, or similar)
- Understanding of network security principles
- Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus
- Ability to work in an international and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
