Job description
We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Electronics Engineer within the Vehicle Connectivity area. In this role, you will play a key part in in planning and coordinating test activities to ensure every release is solid, safe, and customer-ready.
Location: Gothenburg - Sweden
Your Missions:
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end test activities
- Create and maintain the Test Plan, including strategy, schedule, resources, and risks
- Define the scope of testing across features and systems
- Set up and manage appropriate test environments
- Define and drive test automation goals
- Ensure full test coverage for regression and new functionalities
- Align testing activities with project goals and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement in quality across the testing process
Your Profile:
- Experience in verification and test planning (4–6 years)
- Strong background in Embedded Software Development
- Hands-on experience with HIL Testing and Software Testing
- Experience in planning and managing test activities
- Knowledge of integrating backend services with onboard systems
- Experience with end-user function testing across SIL, HIL, and vehicle environments
- English fluent.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong sense of structure, clarity, and quality

Salary range: From 46667,00 SEK to 56667,00 SEK
The stated salary falls within the established salary range for the position and is determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility, in accordance with our policy of fair and non-discriminatory compensation.
