Job description

We are looking for Data Consultants to support our clients in transforming their organizations through data-driven strategies and advanced analytics.

In this role, you will work closely with business and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize data solutions that support decision-making and operational performance. You will contribute to the development of scalable data architectures, improve data quality, and help organizations unlock the value of their data assets.


Your missions

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into data and analytics solutions

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, data models, and data architectures

  • Support the implementation of data platforms, data warehouses, or data lakes

  • Perform data analysis and visualization to generate actionable insights

  • Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across projects

  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders

  • Contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting tools

  • Participate in data strategy and transformation initiatives

  • Promote best practices in data management, analytics, and data governance


Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

  • Experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data consulting roles

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

  • Familiarity with data processing tools or programming languages such as Python, R, or Spark is a plus

  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is considered an advantage

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working in multicultural or international environments is a plus

  • Fluent Japanese and good spoken/written English

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
