Job description
We are looking for Data Consultants to support our clients in transforming their organizations through data-driven strategies and advanced analytics.
In this role, you will work closely with business and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize data solutions that support decision-making and operational performance. You will contribute to the development of scalable data architectures, improve data quality, and help organizations unlock the value of their data assets.
Your missions

Analyze business needs and translate them into data and analytics solutions

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, data models, and data architectures

Support the implementation of data platforms, data warehouses, or data lakes

Perform data analysis and visualization to generate actionable insights

Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across projects

Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders

Contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting tools

Participate in data strategy and transformation initiatives

Promote best practices in data management, analytics, and data governance
Your profile
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data consulting roles

Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

Familiarity with data processing tools or programming languages such as Python, R, or Spark is a plus

Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is considered an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience working in multicultural or international environments is a plus

Fluent Japanese and good spoken/written English
