Job description
We are looking for Business Analysis Consultants to support our clients in defining business needs, optimizing processes, and delivering effective solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into actionable project deliverables. You will contribute to transformation initiatives by analyzing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting project implementation.
Your missions

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

Translate business needs into functional specifications and clear documentation

Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and project teams

Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities

Support the definition of target operating models and solution requirements

Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements

Participate in testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT)

Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables meet business expectations

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making
Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Proven experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or Functional Analysis roles

Strong ability to gather, structure, and document business requirements

Experience with process analysis, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives

Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in multicultural and international environments

Knowledge of business analysis frameworks or tools is considered a plus

Excellent communication skills in English (business level) and Japanese (fluent, written and spoken)
