Job description
We are looking for a Solution Specialist, SAP Authorizations to join our team. This professional will be responsible for managing and optimizing access and security in the SAP environment, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain technical and process documentation in the SAP Authorizations area;
• Identify recurring issues and propose permanent solutions and continuous optimizations;
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, peers, employees, and other contractors;
• Support release management teams with SAP transport imports into the production system;
• Participate in an SAP implementation project in Brazil related to SAP user access management activities.
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience with SAP authorization audits;
• Experience with SAP Basis (transport management);
• Experience with Service Desk (Service Now).
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
• Proven experience with SAP Authorizations (user and role management);
• Experience working with business users to define and review business processes and security;
• Experience with ticketing systems (Service Now preferred);
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (complex formulas for data validation, comparison, filtering, and manipulation);
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
• Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision;
• Quick learner and proactive mindset;
• Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail.
