Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are looking for a Software Development Engineer - F/H/X to work on the development and integration of outsourced software packages into production applications and equipment systems.
🔥 Your missions:
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C# (.NET) for production-related applications and equipment.
- Integrate third-party/outsource software packages and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
- Develop and manage API integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring robust data flow and security.
- Collaborate with supplier teams to define and align on technical specifications, interface agreements, and integration plans.
- Participate in software validation, testing, and troubleshooting in a production environment.
- Document system architecture, API specifications, and integration workflows.
- Support change management, deployment, and maintenance of production applications.
🎯 Your profile:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in software development with strong skills in C# and .NET frameworks.
- You have hands-on experience in API design and integration (REST, SOAP, or similar).
- You are familiar with industrial or production equipment software integration.
- You have experience with outsourced software packages and supplier collaboration.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- You are fluent in English, German is an advantage.
