Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Your missions

Act as a major technical interface between the Project Manager and the Discipline Experts ensuring the coordination and integration of multidisciplinary technical competences

Be the technical interface for the client and play a major role in delivering key documentation: engineering, design studies, technical specifications, etc.

Provide technical guidelines for all disciplines involved in the project

Anticipate issues and manage technical risks and non-conformities

Coordinate technical interfaces between disciplines and contractual packages

Draft multidisciplinary technical and contractual documents

Ensure technical consistency of project deliverables through design reviews

Share lessons learned and support cross-disciplinary knowledge development
Your profile
-
Experience with technical integration in engineering or nuclear environment
-
Experience with PWR/BWR designs, Generation III/IV or SMR technologies
-
Experience with technical coordination and/or project engineering
-
Experience with multidisciplinary project settings (mechanical, electrical, I&C, civil, etc.)

Academic background: master’s degree in Engineering

Fluent English and French. Dutch is a plus

You have the capacity to take leadership, show initiative and make sound decisions

You have an ability to synthesize and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
