Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
ABOUT THE JOB:
- Oversee the end-to-end IT infrastructure project or product development process, from initiation to delivery.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and discussions to ensure alignment and progress.
- Monitor and track application-specific issues for assigned workstreams, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support the development and execution of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate coordination and alignment across various workstreams.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive master work plan for in-country applications, covering stages such as development and testing.
- Serve as the primary local contact point with the central project management office to propose, manage, support, and follow up on projects and change requests.
- Provide expertise and guidance on impact assessments, validation of approaches, solutions, and dependency identification.
- Escalate critical issues to management for appropriate decision-making and resolution.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years as a Infrastructure Project Manager/ It Service PM or higher in a large, multinational financial institution.
- Broad knowledge of server infrastructure, databases, and networking.
- Good command of English
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven multi-tasking skills, capable of managing complex projects effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding and motivating project teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptable, with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
- Highly oriented toward providing business support and delivering practical solutions.
