Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Join our team Functional Analyst IT - IN MILAN and embark on a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment where you can achieve your career goals in a fast-growing organization. As a consultant at Amaris Consulting, you will position yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field and be an ambassador of our organization to clients. This involves:

Building strong relationships of trust with our clients through excellent interpersonal skills and active listening.

Being curious and eager to learn, as we support over 1000 clients from various sectors worldwide.
Your Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements to support banking products and processes.

Write functional documents to clearly define system requirements and specifications.

Interface with stakeholders, including IT and business teams, to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.

Perform data modeling to ensure accurate representation and analysis of data.

Draft and execute functional tests to validate system functionality (preferred).
-
Utilize Oracle SQL for database management and queries.
-
Leverage IBM Data Stage (version 11.7) for advanced data integration tasks (preferred).

Solve problems effectively and collaborate with team members.
-
Deliver tasks autonomously and manage assigned responsibilities efficiently.

Communicate proficiently in English, both written and spoken (B2 or C1 level).
Your Profile:

Experience in the banking sector, with knowledge of products and processes.

Technical-functional analysis expertise.

Proficiency in data modeling.

Experience in drafting and executing functional tests (preferred).

Knowledge of Oracle SQL.

Advanced knowledge of IBM Data Stage (version 11.7) (preferred).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.

Autonomy in delivery and managing assigned tasks.

Medium to high proficiency in English.
