Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Knowledge of test automation strategies.
- English Fluent

- Lead Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Manage the System Integrator and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets at a macro level.
- Oversee external cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and consultants.
- Assist the business in gathering and prioritizing functional requirements.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Escalate architecture concerns internally with the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and resources.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in handling business relationships and expectations.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing project requirements and priorities.
- Team Leadership: Capability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
