Job description

We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. 

 

🔥Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your technical background in T-SQL and UML to assist in the development and maintenance of our applications.
  • Apply your knowledge of data fixing and the processes behind it to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for incident management, leveraging your knowledge and interest in this area.
  • Work with .xml, .xsd, and XSLT files, applying your expertise to enhance system performance.
  • Demonstrate creativity in finding alternative solutions and improving current processes to align with system capabilities.

 

🎯 Your Profile:

  • You have a technical background in T-SQL and UML.
  • You show familiarity with data fixing processes.
  • You have knowledge or interest in L2/L3 support of incidents.
  • You have experience with .xml, .xsd, and XSLT files.
  • You show understanding of Microsoft technologies (MSSQL, C#, .NET), GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • You're proficient in Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitLab, and Office 365.
