Job description

Find your place at Amaris Consulting as an CMS expert- webmaster in Barcelona (hybrid) for one of our main partners of the food & beverages sector. Start your new adventure in an international and agile Environment; the candidate will be responsible for webmastering and content support activities for the implementation of new B2C and B2B eCommerce solutions including websites, mobile applications, online services.

 

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in eBusiness.

• Relevant degree with strong Web knowledge & experience.

• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in digital & ecommerce activities, including Content Management Systems (CMS), Personalization & Targeting, eMerchandizing, product lifecycle management. Experience with Hybris CMS would be a plus. 

• Strong organizational skills in an international commercial environment.

• Advanced knowledge of digital media management & optimization.

• Deliver web-ready marketing materials based on predefined specifications.

• Understanding of Google Analytics.

• HTML, CSS, Javascript, experience across multiple CMS.

• Drupal knowledge would be an advantage.

• At ease with IT Technologies & architecture.

• Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail.

• Project oriented and Innovation minded.

• Proven track record in delivering end to end user experiences in a digital context.

• Accuracy and reliability.

• English fluency is a must. Any additional language will be considered as plus.

• Ensuring eCommerce Boutiques deliver the best-in-class user experience to prospects and the Client members as knowledge & matter experts, providing support & guidance to markets to deliver a seamless & consistent customer experience according to project plans.

• Support coordination and execution by providing project support to ensure adherence & optimization of global standards and monitoring the quality & timely execution of digital content by markets.

• Support business & cross-functional teams to leverage ecommerce technologies by raising awareness on tools & features to deliver a consistently best-in-class experience across all digital touch points.

• Pilot the integration of new ecommerce features and platforms as ecommerce champions, ensuring backoffice/operational requirements are accounted for and documented for future implementation in the global ecommerce community.

• Ensure market autonomy following project launch for local operation of the new platform/online feature or service.

• Support International eCommerce Training Academy to ensure relevant market competencies are aligned with the global ecommerce vision and support local channel managers in the development of operational capabilities.

• Define and develop training materials to support and optimize induction of new personnel in the global eCommerce community.

• Continually improve and update existing process between The Client and DSU Teams (configurations, testers).
